Collection: Gippsland Wines

Gippsland is Victoria's most expansive and least explored cool-climate wine region — a vast stretch of coastal and highland country east of Melbourne where the Southern Ocean's influence creates growing conditions of extraordinary tension and purity. The region has long been a source of fascination for Australia's most adventurous winemakers, and our Gippsland collection reflects that spirit. William Downie brings his minimal-intervention philosophy to single-vineyard Pinot Noir expressions of real site specificity and cool-climate intensity. Patrick Sullivan's Bull Swamp and Ada River Chardonnays have drawn 96 points from both The Wine Front and The Wine Advocate — two of the most compelling cool-climate Chardonnays in the country. Bellvale adds benchmark Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris to the range, while Michael Dhillon of Bindi Wines contributes a Col Mountain Grenache Rosé of rare cool-climate delicacy. These are wines from the edge of what is possible in Australian viticulture — and all the more thrilling for it.
