We make every effort to accurately display our wines and products, but variations can occur — for example, colour on your screen may differ from the actual bottle label or capsule colour.
All descriptions, vintages, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or decline orders at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Your order is not final until Liquid Vibe confirms it via email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If this occurs, we’ll contact you promptly via email or phone.

All wines are sold for personal enjoyment and not for resale or export.

4. Prices & Billing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

You agree to provide valid, accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
By making a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the card or account provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We take care when shipping wine, but please note the following:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by location.

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk pass to you.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

  • To protect wine quality, orders may be held during extreme heat until safe to ship.

If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@liquidvibe.com.au within 48 hours with your:

  • Order number

  • Full name and contact details

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging and labels)

We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
Please do not return any bottles without contacting us first.

6. Returns & Refunds

As a small, quality-focused business, we handle returns case-by-case.
Due to heat sensitivity, we cannot guarantee wine will remain stable in return transit, so we generally don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

We will, however, assist promptly in cases of breakage, faulty wine, or incorrect items — provided clear photos and details are supplied.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, logos, and layout — is the property of Liquid Vibe or our licensors.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproducing, copying, or redistributing material without written permission is prohibited.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides ecommerce, hosting, and payment functionality.
All sales are made directly between you (the customer) and Liquid Vibe, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or damages related to your purchase.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from any related claims.
