We pack every order securely, so your wine arrives safely and in great condition—whether you’re in Adelaide, regional SA, or interstate.

Free shipping on orders over $300+ (Australia-wide)

Flat $15 shipping on orders under $300

No minimum order — mix and match any wines

All parcels are securely packed and insured for loss or damage in transit
Dispatch & Timeframes

Orders usually dispatch in 1–3 business days

Most metro deliveries arrive in 2–7 business days (regional/remote areas may take longer)

You’ll receive tracking once your order has shipped
Heat policy: Wine is heat sensitive. During periods of extreme heat, we may hold your order until conditions are safer to ship, or discuss alternatives. This protects quality and reduces risk of spoilage in transit.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If something isn’t right on arrival, email us within 48 hours at sales@liquidvibe.com.au with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage/issue, including the shipping carton and labels
We’ll assess promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
Please don’t return bottles without our confirmation.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you request ATL, the carrier may leave your parcel unattended. Choose a safe, shaded spot. (Note: ATL can increase heat and theft risk at the delivery location.)
Regional, Remote & International
