Vineyard & Winemaking

The Zephyrus Shiraz is sourced from a selection of old-vine Barossa and Eden Valley vineyards, chosen for their ability to produce fruit of depth, elegance, and freshness.

Each parcel is fermented separately in small open vats, hand-plunged, and matured for 18 months in a mix of French and American oak hogsheads (35% new).
The result is a wine that captures both the density of the Barossa floor and the lift and structure of Eden Valley, embodying the best of both regions.
