The vineyards rise dramatically from the Danube, with dry-stone terraces carved into the hillsides.

And Ried Bruck gives us a beautifully distinctive expression.

Domäne Wachau describes the Bruck style as smoky and precise, with rich stone-fruit character. The 2024 shows peach, ripe apricot and apple, persistent minerality and racy acidity.

It's dry, sitting at just 1g/L residual sugar, with 12% alcohol. The fruit is hand-picked, fermented under controlled temperature and aged on fine lees in stainless steel.
