Sourced entirely from the Balhannah Vineyard in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, this site’s elevation and cool nights shape wines of fragrance and restraint.

Fruit was hand-harvested, wild-fermented, and matured for 14 months in French oak (30 % new) before a further 7 years of careful cellaring at the Shaw + Smith estate prior to release.
