The Hawkesbury Vineyard, planted on the upper terraces of Central Otago’s Cromwell Basin, yields fruit of exceptional intensity and natural balance.

Crafted by PJ Charteris, the fruit is hand-picked, wild-fermented, and matured for 12 months in French oak (30 % new). Gentle handling preserves purity while oak adds polish and texture.
