A Champagne rarity of rare finesse — Premier Cru Rosé Champagne made predominantly from Chardonnay. The Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Cuvée Rosé de Blancs 1er Cru Brut is one of Champagne's most distinctive and unusual rosé expressions — a rosé made predominantly from Chardonnay, blended with just a touch of Pinot Noir for delicate colour and red fruit lift, expressing the elegance, minerality and Chardonnay precision of Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs with the subtle allure of rosé.

Rosé de Blancs — rosé from white grapes, a genuine rarity in Champagne. Where most rosé Champagne is made predominantly from Pinot Noir, the Rosé de Blancs inverts the convention — predominantly Chardonnay, with just a touch of Pinot Noir for colour and red fruit lift. From Pierre Gimonnet & Fils — one of the Côte des Blancs' most celebrated and respected grower-producers, with deep roots in Cuis and Cramant and a celebrated mastery of Chardonnay-based Champagne. About Rosé de Blancs

Rosé de Blancs is one of Champagne's most distinctive and unusual rosé styles — a rosé made predominantly from Chardonnay (a white grape), with just a touch of Pinot Noir for delicate colour and red fruit lift. Where most rosé Champagne is made predominantly from Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier, the Rosé de Blancs inverts the convention entirely — the result is a rosé of extraordinary elegance, mineral precision and Chardonnay finesse, with the delicate salmon-pink colour and subtle red fruit lift of a touch of Pinot Noir. It is a style that only a handful of producers in Champagne make with conviction — and Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is one of the most celebrated.

About Pierre Gimonnet & Fils

Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is one of the Côte des Blancs' most celebrated and respected grower-producers, with deep roots in Cuis and Cramant — two of the Côte des Blancs' most celebrated Premier Cru and Grand Cru villages. The family estate is known for their celebrated mastery of Chardonnay-based Champagne — producing Blanc de Blancs and Chardonnay-dominant expressions of extraordinary elegance, mineral precision and terroir transparency. The Rosé de Blancs is one of their most distinctive and celebrated expressions — a rosé that is fundamentally a Chardonnay wine, with the subtle allure of rosé.
