The Polish Hill River sub-region of the Clare Valley is widely regarded as one of Australia's greatest homes for Riesling. Its distinctive slate and sandstone soils, combined with a cooler climate than neighbouring Watervale, produce wines of remarkable intensity, minerality and longevity.

The fruit for this wine comes from exceptional Polish Hill vineyards, where the naturally low pH and vibrant acidity create Rieslings capable of ageing gracefully for decades.
