Vineyard & Winemaking

From the high-altitude slopes of Flaxman Valley in the Eden Valley, this single-vineyard Shiraz showcases the cool-climate edge of the Barossa high country. The vineyard’s ancient granitic soils produce fruit of incredible concentration balanced by natural acidity and aromatic lift.

Hand-harvested fruit is wild-fermented in small open vats, then matured for 16 months in fine-grained French oak (30% new) to build texture and harmony. The Agricola team’s minimalist approach lets the site speak clearly — every element perfectly in tune.
