Appearance: Deep ruby-crimson with excellent clarity and youthful purple highlights.

Aroma: Complex and beautifully perfumed with red and black cherry, raspberry and darker berry fruit, layered with smoked meat, mineral notes, subtle spice, cedar and earthy complexity.

Palate: Deep and beautifully structured. Dark cherry and black fruits form the core, surrounded by savoury spice and mineral complexity. The tannins are ripe and finely detailed, giving the wine genuine Gevrey structure while maintaining impressive freshness and finesse.

Finish: Long, mineral and persistent, with dark fruit, earth, subtle spice and beautifully integrated tannin carrying through the finish.
