Vineyard & Winemaking
Fruit is hand-picked from the Sleight of Hand vineyard on the Yarra Valley’s cool northern slopes — naturally fermented with wild yeasts and matured in large neutral oak to preserve freshness and transparency. No heavy extraction, no winemaking artifice — just pure site expression and Lambert’s signature finesse.
