Searching for exceptional McLaren Vale Shiraz? The 2023 Bondar Hope Springs Eternal Shiraz is a 96-point single-vineyard Shiraz from the renowned Hickinbotham Vineyard at Clarendon. Sourced from dry-grown Shiraz planted in 1971 at approximately 250 metres altitude on rocky, ironstone-rich red soils, it combines red and blue fruits, violet, graphite, iron, pepper and savoury spice with fresh acidity and beautifully structured tannins. Approximately 65% whole bunch and 14 months in seasoned French hogsheads preserve the purity and power of this remarkable site
