A must-have for lovers of modern Mediterranean whites.
Searching for premium Australian Fiano? The 2025 Bondar Fiano is a 95-point, gold-medal McLaren Vale white sourced from two Tatachilla vineyards planted on loam over limestone. Predominantly fermented in stainless steel with smaller older-oak and amphora components, it combines golden apple, Corella pear, lemon, orchard blossom and sea spray with pithy texture, saline minerality and beautifully integrated natural acidity. One of the standout examples of McLaren Vale's increasingly exciting Fiano category.
