About Non Filtrée
Non Filtrée — unfiltered — is a rare and distinctive winemaking statement in Champagne. Most Champagne is filtered before disgorgement to ensure clarity and consistency; Bérêche et Fils' decision to leave this wine unfiltered is a statement of extraordinary commitment to preserving the wine's natural texture, complexity and terroir expression. The result is a Champagne of remarkable depth, vibrancy and authenticity — slightly less brilliant in appearance than a filtered Champagne, but extraordinary in texture and character.

Winemaking
The Brut Réserve Vieilles Vignes Non Filtrée is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from old vines (Vieilles Vignes).
