Appearance: Pale ruby with garnet edges — classic Nebbiolo hue, bright and translucent.
Aroma: Lifted rose petal, red cherry and wild strawberry entwined with dried herbs, spice, leather and crushed rock. Fragrant, earthy and endlessly alluring.
Palate: Medium-bodied and finely etched. Tart red fruits, savoury spice and subtle mineral tones glide across a framework of ultra-fine tannins. Beautiful line and energy — poised, dry and refreshingly detailed.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Sourced from the estate-grown block at Jasper Hill, planted in the early 2000s on the region’s ancient Cambrian soils.
Winemaker Ron Laughton follows Jasper Hill’s hallmark philosophy of minimal intervention: hand-harvested fruit, wild fermentation, long maceration, and aging in large seasoned French oak to highlight varietal purity and structure.

No fining, no filtration — just Nebbiolo in its truest form, guided by patience and intuition.
