The Emily’s Paddock Vineyard, planted in 1975 by Ron and Elva Laughton, sits on ancient Cambrian soils in the heart of Heathcote, Victoria.
These old vines yield naturally low crops, producing fruit of exceptional depth and purity.

Winemaker Emily Laughton continues the Jasper Hill tradition of minimal intervention winemaking — wild fermentation, no acid or tannin additions, and aging in French oak (≈ 20% new).
