Appearance:
Pale straw with green-gold highlights, shimmering and bright.

Aroma:
Complex and beautifully lifted — white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom layered with struck-match flint, almond meal and subtle brioche. The bouquet is refined, vibrant and unmistakably Margaret River.

Palate:
The palate is focused, elegant and textural.
Expect layers of:

• white peach and preserved lemon

• grapefruit pith and nectarine

• roasted cashew and fine French oak

• a clean, mineral backbone
